Good purchase, just like in the picture, good price, perfect size. It was a gift for a 9-year-old girl and she was delighted with her straw bottle that lets water flow through. A success! I can't post a photo because I gave it as a gift the same day it arrived.

Very nice as it looks, being small you can carry it in your bag. As for keeping the customer comfortable, I think it is better than other products; after 8 hours, the product was warm, almost cold. I expected much less in terms of heat retention. I haven't tried it in cold weather. Observation: maybe if the lid were made of metal, the heat would last as long as stated in the description.
